We're looking for a developer with 3+ years of experience shipping web products. You'll join a team of six engineers working across our client platform and internal tools.
What you'll do:
• Build and maintain features across the stack (Node, SQL, modern JavaScript)
• Review code, pair with colleagues and help our juniors grow
• Own small projects end to end — from a one-page brief to production
What we're looking for:
• Solid fundamentals and a habit of testing your work
• Clear written communication — most of our decisions happen in writing
• Curiosity about the product, not just the code
Hybrid: 3 days a week in our London office. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%, £1,000 a year learning budget.
