Why Staffvelo exists

Most HR software is bought by HR and endured by everyone else. Time-off requests go through email, payslips are attachments, reviews are documents nobody opens twice, and the org chart is a slide from last year. The information is all there — spread across five tools and a spreadsheet.

Staffvelo started as an internal tool for a small company with people in the UK, Ireland and Kosovo, because nothing we tried handled three countries' payroll and public holidays without a workaround. So we built our own, and made it good enough that other companies asked to use it.

What we believe

• Computed, not typed. Every number on screen — headcount, leave balances, payroll totals, pipeline counts — comes from real data. No manual dashboards.
• Honest integrations. If Staffvelo says Slack is connected, it has actually posted to Slack. We don't show fake ticks.
• Small teams deserve the good stuff. Multi-country payroll, 360 reviews and an ATS shouldn't require an enterprise contract.
• Your data is yours. Export anything as CSV, leave whenever you want.

The company

Staffvelo is an independent company with team members in the United Kingdom and Pristina, Kosovo. The platform runs on Cloudflare's global network with data stored in the EU/UK region; email is delivered from Ireland (eu-west-1).
